Well, you know that house I said that we’d driven by like a dozen times? We just made an offer!

I know, it was a quick move. But we’ve been watching local real estate options in our price range for about 6 months now. And we’ve done the open house thing for almost a month, walking through houses that were nearly brand new to houses that are almost 100 years old. From outside the city limits to the heart of the city. From totally updated/modern to complete fixer-uppers.

But this is the first house that just feels right.

Everything is still up in the air right now, so I’m not getting my hopes up. But everything seems to be falling in place …
