There are two talented student artists holding their Senior Shows in the gallery at Washburn University in the upcoming weeks.

I plan on attending both openings – I’m very excited about the work of both artists. Danelle’s black and white photograph is stunning – I’m captivated by her subject matter. Although I haven’t saw much of Phill’s recent work, I remember his plexiglass piece from Washburn’s student show a couple of year back. And his postcard invite had a fabulous self-portait that I’ve got to see in person.
